Brittany-MacFarlane

Brittany MacFarlane grew up playing rep basketball for Hamilton Transway. She was apart of U15 and U17 provincial championship teams where she was the team captain. She attended Fairfield University in Connecticut from 2009-2013, and was the recipient of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference(MAAC) Sixth Player of the year award in her junior year. She was the team captain in both her junior and senior years at Fairfield. She has joined the St.Thomas More senior girls basketball team as an assistant coach, where they won a city championship as well as an AAAA OFSAA gold medal. Brit contributed her time travelling every weekend this past summer to coach the Canada Drive teams. Brittany has volunteered her time to coach new players to the sport of basketball in the Briers House league. Recently she has organized the Blessed Sacrament Tournament of almost 100 teams. Anyone who has an opportunity to get to know this smiley basketball enthusiast will adore her and the passion she has for the sport. We look are very grateful to have Brit coach in The RISE Centre’s Tip Off Basketball March Break Camp!
