We are a multifaceted facility, whether your goals be to strengthen and condition, increase speed and endurance, or repair and rebuild with our advance Sports Medicine Clinic we have you covered.
The Rise Centre offers a wide range of training disciplines under the same roof.
- Cross Training Rigs, Power Stations with Bumper weights, Heavy Ropes and TRX’s
- Multifunctional Cybex Training equipment, wide range of Kettle Bells, Dumbbells and preloaded Barbells
- Indoor Turf lanes for Sledding (push or pull) and 5 Keiser Multidirectional Trainers
- Cardiovascular includes Treadmills, Arc Trainers, and Functional Running Dynamics on Turf or Court
At the RISE Centre our goal with all athletes is to identify their strengths and weaknesses and build a customized program around these as well as their schedule. We take a well-rounded approach to every program we build and execute. With a combination of mobility, power, speed, strength and work capacity we help athletes reach their full potential and prepare for the next level.
RISE FITNESS: Agility-Trend-Cardio & Weight Room
The RISE Centre is a state-of–the-art training facility that was designed using elements from current NCAA and professional athletic facilities. We strongly believe that physical preparation is the key to long- term player development.
The Rise Centre features 3 training rooms to provide our student athletes with everything they need to improve their physical conditioning. The 1800 sq ft strength and conditioning room has TRX suspension trainers, plyometric training boxes, fully stocked set of bumper weights and Olympic bars, heavy rope training, stability equipment and more.
The cardio workout room is where student athletes have access to Cybex ellipticals, treadmills, stationary bikes and is fully stocked with dumbbells and barbells as well.
The agility room is dedicated to speed and power, outfitted with 3 lane turf runs, variety of prowlers and sleds, Pulsar Heart monitors, stability equipment and 2400 sq. ft of space to run professional combine testing.
Last but not least is the full-size gymnasium, yoga studio and outdoor green space to allow our Student athletes to maximize their time.
All the equipment is complimented by strength & conditioning training with professional trainers, regular individual fitness testing, mental training, yoga classes and backed by our nutrition and supplement guide. Training is supported by combine testing and assessment of student athlete performance three times during the year, pre-season, in-season and post-season to determine and track growth and development.
Fitness Centre hours are based on bookings. Group or Personal Strength & Conditioning Training, Boot Camps, Yoga & other specialized classes to be made by appointment. Facility booking are based on availability.
